Unwinding The Low Back 2 Day In-Person Massage Course
Unwinding the Low Back is an advanced, intuitive training for massage therapists ready to move beyond linear techniques and into a deeper, three-dimensional conversation with the body.
The low back is never just the low back.
In this course, we explore the interconnected relationship between the psoas, quadratus lumborum, diaphragm, pelvis, and global fascial system, using osteopathic-inspired, three-dimensional techniques that allow the body to reorganize itself with less effort and greater change.
Rather than forcing release, you’ll learn how to unwind the low back 360 degrees — following tissue responses through depth, direction, and subtle movement. As the low back softens, the entire body responds.
You’ll be guided through side-lying, supine, and prone positions, learning how to access and unwind whole-body fascial patterns while maintaining nervous system safety and ease — for both you and your client.
This work is slow, precise, and deeply effective.
It’s about listening instead of fixing, allowing instead of pushing, and trusting what your hands already know.
